Training will be going ahead as normal this Tuesday 15 May 2012 at Hepburn Park, Goonellabah. The session starts at 6.15pm sharp. Please remember to being cards, whistle and flags for practical drills during the session.

Please note: The Coaching Meeting scheduled for this date at the South Lismore Bowling Club has been postponed to a date TBA due to logistical issues.

Training at Hepburn Park on Tuesday 8 May has been POSTPONED due to the extensive amount of mid-week fixtures being played

We strongly suggest that you go through a similar routine to what we did in last week’s session at your own pace and in your own time.

Our training session for Tuesday the 1st of May 2012 will take the form of an indoor fitness circuit, indoors at the South Lismore Bowling Club.

Start time will be as per normal, 6.15pm with an approximate conclusion at 7.15pm

Please bring a towel along with you.

There will also be group discussion afterwards for those that are available.

With the closure of Saunders Oval, Ballina, Junior Premier League games scheduled for Sunday 29 April have been cancelled.

All other venues remain OPEN at this point in time. Further updates will be advised when we are notified.

Registrations are now being accepted for our next referees course.

This course is limited in numbers and is very dependant on getting 12 registered participants.

The course runs over four sessions and participants must attend ALL four sessions. If there are any problems with this, please contact our registrar by clicking here and selecting “registrations” as your area of enquiry.

• Session One: Thursday 10 May
• Session Two: Monday 14 May
• Session Three: Wednesday 16 May
• Session Four (exam): Thursday 17 May

Venue: South Lismore Bowling Club (all 4 nights)

Time: 6.30pm – 9pm (all 4 nights)

Cost: $50 per participant (to be paid on the first night of the course), which includes law book, course materials and food and drink on each night.

Seniors who are interested in becoming a referee are encouraged to register for this course. All course participants must be 13 years of age or older at the time of starting the course.
