Coaching
In 2010, our Referees Development Panel will be headed by Adam Coupe and Darren Butcher. Some of the duties of the Development Panel are:
- Give all referee’s the opportunity to express their own goals and ambitions so that we can give them the opportunity to excel in refereeing.
- Build a structure that will encourage and assist all members to acheive their goals.
- Co-ordinate training and arrange coaching sessions regularly.
- Organise inspections of referees each week.
- Reward members who are “putting in the effort” and showing potential as a referee.
- Oversee appointments each week.
