What seemed like an enormous season last came to an end with the Premier division grand final being played at Oakes Oval. Over the next few weeks, a number of important events will be taking place, please take the time to visit the site regularly to see what is happening. A summary of upcoming events is below:

Premiers Cup

The Norther Premiers Cup will be played next weekend at Byron Bay. The appointments panel may ask you to officiate at this fixtures. The standard should be very good with the top four teams north of Newcastle competing for the title of Northern Premiers’

Champion of Champions

We expect champion of chamion fixtures to be played in our region in the next few weeks. Please check the web for details. The appointments panel will endevour to ring all referees appointed to confirm their appointments.

Presentation Dinner

The Presentation Dinner will be held on 28 October 2006 commencing at the South Lismore Bowling Club commencing at 6:15pm at a cost of $25 for members and $30 for non-members including drinks. A return bus will be running from Ballina to Lismore (at no cost). If you wish to use the bus, you will need to let luke know by 21 October 2006 by emailing him. The night includes a three course meal with presentations being made to referees for various achievemeNts. All members, and their guests are encouraged to attend.

Perpetual Trophies

It would be appreciated that any member with perpetual trophies return these to Dick Nolan at 117 Union Street South Lismore as soon as possible.
