Our Future Direction

The Future Direction of Football Federation Australia, Far North Coast Referees Incorporated is designed to give definition and guidance to our future activities.

As an organisation we ultimately aim to be the most innovative and progressive referees body in the Northern New South Wales Football Federation area. We will become the most innovative and progressive referees body by promoting best practice, creating practical and relevant training programs, having interested and informed members and committees, and by conducting all of our activities with integrity.

These attributes will enable our organisation to identify and develop promising young referees, and assist them in their future personal, and professional development as elite match officials. We will always encourage our members to aspire to their goals, and we will provide them with all of the necessary support to achieve.

As an organization, we believe that our future direction is essential, as it provides scope for our future activities. We believe that our future direction, is realistic, achievable and measurable and we look forward to the individual and collective challenges that which may arise out of its achievement
