Below are the UPDATED appointments for the week commencing 18 September 2009.
PLEASE, PLEASE check the entire draw to ensure you don’t miss a game. Please be at your appointed fixtures AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to kick off and keep all games on time as much as possible during the day. Review the requirements for extra time procedures below, so you are totally familiar with them if required.
Payment for all semi finals will now be credited to your name and available by reimbursement after the finals series has completed. Payments for Grand Finals will be paid on the day.

Be proactive – referees call your assistants and ensure they are right to go, and be at your games at least HALF AN HOUR before the scheduled kick off time.

FINAL SERIES PROCEDURES
Junior Finals
Semi-Finals: If the fixtures are drawn at full time there will be 5 minutes extra time each way for the Grade 10 & 11 age groups and 10 minutes extra time each way for the Grade 12 to 18 age groups inclusive. If fixtures are still drawn, the team which finished highest on the pointscore shall advance.
Grand Final: If the fixture is drawn at full time there will be 5 minutes extra time each way for the Grade 10 & Grade 11 age groups and 10 minutes extra time each way for the Grade 12 to Grade 18 age groups inclusive. If the fixture is still drawn at the end of extra time, Joint Premiers will be declared for Grades 10 to 14. There will be a penalty shoot-out to determine the Grand Final Winner for Grade 15 to 18.
Senior Finals
Semi-Finals & Grand Final: If the fixtures are drawn at full time, there will be 10 minutes extra time each way. If fixtures are still drawn, there will be a penalty shoot-out to determine the winner.
