Special General Meeting & General Meeting – 19 May 2009
Our next General Meeting and Coaching Session will be held at the South Lismore Bowling Club on Tuesday 19 May, starting at 7.00pm sharp.
Preceding this meeting and coaching session, we will be holding a Special General Meeting to elect a new Treasurer and a new committee member, to replace the outgoing Tanya de Boer.
Members who wish to make a nomination for any of these positions can forward their written nomination to the secretary, with a seconder and the signature of the nominated person, or members will have the opportunity to make a nomination on the night.
Also on this night, we will be running members through the new Web Based Appointments system and answering any questions that members have about the system.
Because of the importance of matters being raised on the night and the need for an in depth coaching session, ALL MEMBERS WHO RESIDE IN OR SOUTH OF BYRON BAY ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND.
It would be appreciated if all members who play and train on Tuesday night could please miss training on this Tuesday, so that no-one misses out on receiving very important information and coaching. For those who live North of Byron Bay, we will look to hold a meeting and coaching session at a venue North of Byron Bay at a later date.
