Last Saturday night saw the culmination of a long season when the Far North Coast Referees Annual Presentation Dinner was held at the South Lismore Bowling Club.

On the night a number of awards were presented to those who have excelled in their refereeing pursuits this season. The winners of these awards were:

• Corey New Trophy – Rookie Of The Year: Phil Dalli (South), Dylan Southgate (North)
• Assistant Referee Of The Year: David Henville (South), Neil Farrell (North)
• Alistair Watts Trophy – Most Improved Junior Referee: Cory Byrne (South), Jake Mulders (North)
• Bob Beaumont Trophy – Most Improved Senior Referee: Rodney Hyde
• Joe Pisani Trophy – Most Consistent Referee: Thomas Rehbach
• Female Referee Of The Year: Louise Farrell
• Glen Gibbs Trophy – Referee Of The Year: Tanya de Boer
• Deen Mohammed Trophy – Referee’s Referee: Tanya de Boer

Awards Recognising Long Serving Members:

• Glen Gibbs – 30 Years Active Service
