Below are the appointments for the week ending 7 September 2008.

If you are unable to fulfill any of your appointments, please make sure that you find a replacement, then notify Luke Mackney of the change.

Please remember that referee payments for semi-final matches are NOT paid on the day. Money is put into credit and can be collected after submitting a completed reimbursement form to our Treasurer, Tanya De Boer. It is suggested that all referees wait until after the finals to submit a reimbursement form for unpaid matches, or alternatively members can leave money in credit to pay for our Annual Presentation Dinner, gear or next year’s membership etc.

Also, below are the Semi-Finals procedures for both juniors and seniors. Please read them carefully.

JUNIOR SEMI-FINALS PROCEDURES
If the fixtures are drawn at full time there will be 5 minutes extra time each way for the Grade 10 & 11 age groups and 10 minutes extra time each way for the Grade 12 to 16 age groups inclusive. If fixtures are still drawn, the team which finished highest on the pointscore shall advance.

SENIOR SEMI-FINALS PROCEDURES
If the fixtures are drawn at full time, there will be 10 minutes extra time each way. If fixtures are still drawn there will be a penalty shoot-out to determine the winner.
