Football Far North Coast Premier League referee Tanya de Boer, has been selected to officiate at the Girls National Titles in Coffs Harbour between the 5th and the 12th of July.

Twenty four referees from around Australia have been selected and Tanya is one of just three referees from within Northern NSW to be selected to officiate on the Under 17’s Girls matches.

Commenting on Tanya’s selection, Far North Coast Referees President Dick Nolan commended Tanya on her selection stating that she ”has been working hard on and off the field this year and thoroughly deserves her National Titles selection.” Nolan also noted that this demonstrates to the organisations many female referees that the further refereeing opportunities are available for individuals who “show potential and remain committed to refereeing.”

This is the second time Tanya has been selected for National Titles, after she was selected back in 2001.
