Attention Senior Members – Help Required!
With the junior semi finals and finals due to begin within the next ten days, we are asking if all senior members could volunteer their time and help out with coordination of semi finals and finals at grounds closest to their home.
You will be required to ensure that the finals are played as per the procedures, and to liase with the gound official, and crowd controller.
It would be appreciated if you could nominate three grounds in order of preference to help out at. If we all pitch in, you should only have to do this for two or three hours. It is a good way to give something back to the branch and our junior members.
If insufficient nomination are received, the appointments panel may call you and ask if you are availiable.
Your cooperation would be appreciated with this matter.
